A great way to get your kids to eat meat!

I find that the only way to get my little girl to eat meat is to disguise it in a dish that looks really yummy. That's why this recipe for shepherd's pie is great! I can get her to eat her meat and veggies all in the one dish, and she doesn't mind because the potatoes are her favourite part!

This recipe is full of flavour, is quick and easy, and can be enjoyed by whole family. I often prepare this dish the day before so that when I get home from work all I have to do it throw it in the oven. Shepherd's Pie goes down a treat in my house as we head towards winter.
